CHETANA also focuses on democracy, governance, child, women, human and dalit rights, strengthening peace process, disaster management, sustainable livelihood and environmental conservation programmes.

Vision
Carry out integrated actions and systematic approaches creating enabling environment for capacity building of the development actors, children, women and marginalized groups, beneficiaries in terms of social, economic, political, cultural and environmental empowerment of the target groups.
Goal
Our goal is to empower poor, historically marginalized communities and underprivileged societies, particularly in poverty-stricken, disaster, and conflict-hit areas to lift them out from the mercy of poverty and physical threats created from disaster
